Consent to the processing
of personal data

By ticking “I give my consent to the processing of personal data” and sending a form on ovchinnikow.com — an enquiry, an express landing page brief or an enquiry from the assistant window — I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the sole proprietor Kirill Alexandrovich Ovchinnikov (the controller; Telegram @KirillAlexandrovich2002, email ovchinnikov.kiz@yandex.ru) to process my personal data on the terms below.
1 Purpose
To answer my enquiry: to contact me, discuss the task, prepare an estimate or a proposal and, if we agree, to conclude and perform a contract.
2 Data
- name;
- contact details — phone, email or Telegram username;
- website address, task description and the calculator estimate, if I provided them;
- in the express landing page brief — the information I entered: about the business, items and prices, address, opening hours, contacts for the page's visitors, business name and tax ID for the company details;
- technical details of the enquiry: IP address, browser details, the address of the page the form was sent from, the language version of the site and the source of the visit.
3 Actions
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to the parties in section 4, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automated means.
4 Who receives the data
The data is stored on a server in Russia rented from the hosting provider RUVDS (MT FINANS LLC); a copy of the enquiry reaches the controller by email in a Yandex 360 mailbox, where data is stored in Russia. Data from the form is not transferred outside Russia.
5 Term
The consent is valid until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than the retention periods in the privacy policy: the enquiry log — 365 days, the email — no longer than a year, backups — 14 days on the server and up to 56 days on the controller's computer.
6 Withdrawal
The consent can be withdrawn at any time, without giving reasons, by writing to the controller on Telegram or by email. The controller stops the processing and deletes the data within three working days, unless the law requires it to be kept.
