An AI sales team that replies in seconds
An AI model answers your customers in messengers and on your website at any hour: it understands questions asked in plain words, asks for the missing details, filters out the wrong fit and hands you a ready lead — straight into your CRM and calendar. I set it up around your services, prices and rules instead of dropping in a template bot.
- Replies in seconds — evenings, nights and weekends, when your team is offline
- The whole chain: customer question → follow-up → CRM deal → booking or invoice
- Can run on your own servers — conversations and data stay with you
Where customers slip away
If you recognise your business in even one of these, automation pays off sooner than it seems.
Someone writes in the evening and gets an answer the next morning. Overnight they have already agreed with whoever replied first.
The same questions day after day: how much, any free slots, how to get there. There is little energy left for actual selling.
Forgot to call back, never created the deal, mixed up the booking time. Every small slip is a customer who walked away.
Nobody rereads the conversations, so the reasons for lost deals stay guesses instead of numbers.
A sales rep or an AI employee
| Sales rep | AI employee | |
|---|---|---|
| Replies | during office hours | around the clock, in seconds |
| Conversations at once | one or two | as many as needed |
| Memory | notes, if someone took them | the full customer history in the CRM |
| Rules | as remembered | exactly the ones you approved |
| Cost | a salary every month | a one-off setup plus AI usage as you go |
AI does not replace you in complex negotiations. It takes the first line and the routine, and passes customers who are ready to buy to a person — with the details already collected.
Already working
Bottom right is an assistant built the same way: it knows my services and prices and answers in seconds. Ask it something — that is how it would talk to your customers.
In my own workspace an AI model reviews a client's website from a single link and assembles a commercial proposal as a PDF. An evening of manual work became a minute.
How the setup goes
- 012–3 days
Process review
I look at where customers come from and where they drop off, and collect the frequent questions, prices and rules. The result is a scenario map: what the assistant handles alone and what it passes to a person.
- 021–2 weeks
Build and knowledge base
I build a knowledge base from your price lists, documents and past conversations, and set up the dialogue logic and tone. The server runs on my side or yours.
- 033–5 days
Channels and CRM
I connect the assistant to your messengers, website, CRM and calendar, and test it on real conversations before launch.
- 04first month
Launch and tuning
We switch it on for real customers. During the first month I read the conversations and refine the answers until it sounds the way you would.
Where an AI employee pays off fastest
Scenarios are tailored to your business. These are the places where automation answers the most frequent questions on its own.
Appointment booking, answers on prices and preparation, a reminder the day before, a review request after the visit.
Finds out budget, area, timing and payment method — and passes on only those ready for a viewing.
Booking into free slots, price estimates from your list, reminders and rescheduling.
Answers students on course content and access, brings back those who dropped out, suggests the next course.
Collects the brief and prepares a proposal and contract from your templates — in a minute, not an evening.
Order status, tracking number, returns, product picks — without calls to support.
Setup pricing
Price and timeline are fixed in the contract before work starts. You pay for the setup once — after that the assistant works without a salary.

AI usage and the server are paid separately — directly to the providers at their rates, with no markup from me. For a small business that is usually a few dollars to a few dozen dollars a month, depending on the number of conversations. The first month of support after launch is included.
How much you are losing now
Plug in your own numbers — I'll estimate how much goes to competitors because of slow replies, and how soon the setup pays off.
“AI sales team” pays off in about 4.5 months
This is an estimate based on your own numbers, not a promise. We'll get a precise figure during the process review.
Questions
How is this different from a regular chatbot?
A regular bot follows buttons and a script: one step aside and it is lost. An AI assistant understands questions asked in plain words, answers from your knowledge base and acts on its own: creates a deal, books a slot, sends an invoice.
Won't it make up prices or promise too much?
The assistant answers only from your knowledge base and rules. Whatever is not there, it says a manager will confirm and hands the conversation to a person. During the first month after launch I read the conversations and refine the answers.
What about customers' personal data?
The assistant can run on your own servers, with an AI provider that fits your data rules. Conversations and the customer base stay with you.
How much does the AI cost to run after launch?
You pay the AI provider and the server directly, with no markup from me. For a small business that is usually a few dollars to a few dozen dollars a month — I'll give you a precise figure after the review, once the number of conversations is clear.
Which CRMs and messengers does it work with?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, amoCRM, Bitrix24, Google Sheets; Telegram, WhatsApp and your website. Other systems — as long as they have an API.
How long does the setup take?
AI filter — 1–2 weeks, AI sales team — 2–4 weeks, a fully custom setup — from 5 weeks. The timeline is fixed in the contract before work starts.
Can I see how it works first?
Yes: the assistant in the bottom right corner of this page runs the same way — ask it something. During the review I'll show how it would answer your customers.
Shall we discuss your AI team?
Tell me where your customers come from and what they ask about — I'll suggest a package and a timeline.
