Corporatewebsite
A company site does several jobs at once: explain what you do, prove you can do it, and collect enquiries. That's where the multiple pages come from — one for each customer question and each search query.
What's included
A sitemap built from real queries, not from your org chart
A separate page for every line of work
Case studies: task, solution, result in numbers
Titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap
You change copy and add projects without me
CRM, email, messengers, analytics
How the work runs
- 013–5 days
Sitemap
I collect the queries people actually use to find you and lay them out across pages. Structure grows from demand, not from the staff list: visitors don't need a 'Mission' section, they need a page per service.
- 024–6 days
Wireframes
Grey schematics of every page type: what sits where and in what order it answers questions. Logic is visible on a wireframe in a way a finished layout can hide.
- 037–10 days
Design
Home page, then the templates: service, project, article, contacts. I don't draw every page — I draw a system, otherwise the site falls apart the first time you add a section.
- 047–10 days
Build
Markup, editing tools, integrations, migration of copy and images. By this step you can add a service or a project yourself and see how it looks.
- 052–3 days
Search and launch
Titles and descriptions per page, structured data, sitemap, redirects from old addresses. Submission to Search Console and Yandex.Webmaster — without it the site simply isn't in search.
What moves the price
"from $4,800" is the floor, not bait. Here's what pushes the number up, so you can place your own case before we talk.
Counted from queries, not from wishes: eight and twenty-five are different jobs
The more you edit yourself, the more the setup costs and the cheaper life is afterwards
Moving copy and images from your side or mine
CRM, accounting, telephony, customer accounts — each priced separately
Who it's for
- →Companies with several lines of work
- →B2B, where the buyer researches for a long time
- →Replacing an old site you'd rather not show anyone
Questions
Will I be able to edit copy and add projects myself?
Yes, that's part of the job. I set up editing so changes don't need a developer: text, images, new projects and services. Anything that could be broken by accident is locked.
How many pages do I need?
We count from queries at the brief, not from ambition. Typically it's a home page, one page per service, projects, about and contacts — somewhere between eight and twenty. More isn't better: empty pages get demoted.
How long until it brings traffic from search?
First pages appear in results two to four weeks after launch; meaningful traffic usually takes three to six months. Nobody is faster — a search engine needs time to crawl the site and accumulate data about it. Anyone promising top rankings in a month is either talking about queries nobody searches for, or not telling the truth. If you need people now, that's advertising — and the site is ready for it too.
Does every page need its own design?
No, and this is exactly where agencies inflate estimates. You don't draw twenty pages, you draw five types: home, service, project, article, contacts. New pages are then assembled from existing blocks — by you, without me and without extra cost. Only pages that genuinely need it get bespoke treatment.
What if we have no projects to show yet?
Then the projects section becomes a description of method: how you work, what the client gets at each step. It carries the load while the portfolio fills up — this very site does exactly that.
Shall we talk?
Half an hour on a call and you'll have an estimate and a plan. Free, and it commits you to nothing.
