Landing pagewith one job
One page, one goal, one call to action. A landing page doesn't tell your company's whole story — it answers the visitor's questions exactly up to the moment they're ready to get in touch. Anything that doesn't move them closer gets cut.
What's included
Blocks ordered from the biggest question down to the enquiry, not by taste
Custom, not a template: built for your niche and your buyers
I write it during the brief if you don't have it
Enquiries land in Telegram instantly, nothing gets lost
90+ in PageSpeed, or half your mobile traffic leaves before it loads
Counter and goals, so you can see where enquiries come from
How the work runs
- 011 day
Brief
Half an hour on a call: who your customer is, when they come to you, what they're choosing between, and how you differ from the company next door. I come back with an estimate and a criterion we can both check — so nobody argues at the end about whether it's done.
- 022–3 days
Structure and copy
Block order and every word of the text. We agree it here, and this is the step that matters most: a change now costs five minutes, the same change after the design is drawn costs two days.
- 033–4 days
Design
The first screen only, to begin with. If the direction is wrong we turn around having lost a day, not a week. Then the rest, and the mobile version separately — it isn't a squeezed desktop, it has its own order.
- 043–4 days
Build
Markup, motion, the enquiry form delivering to Telegram, counter and goals. I test on real phones, not a narrowed browser window: half the problems only show up there.
- 051 day
Launch
Domain, certificate, analytics, and a live test enquiry through the form. You get the credentials and a short note on what to edit where.
What moves the price
"from $1,800" is the floor, not bait. Here's what pushes the number up, so you can place your own case before we talk.
Yours is cheaper. Mine is a separate line and two or three extra days
A calm page and a scroll-driven one differ by nearly double in effort
CRM, payments, calendar booking — each adds money and days
Your own shots make it cheaper. Stock is spotted instantly and costs you more trust than having none
Who it's for
- →Launching a new product or service
- →Advertising that needs somewhere to land
- →A first website, while the company is still about one thing
Questions
How is a landing page different from a brochure site?
A brochure site describes the company: who we are, what we do, how to reach us. A landing page drives one action and is built like an argument — each block removes the next objection. If the goal is 'we should have a website', you want a brochure site and it's cheaper. If the goal is 'get enquiries from ads', you want a landing page.
How many enquiries will it bring?
The honest answer is that nobody knows, including anyone who quotes you a number. A landing page doesn't create demand; it converts the people who arrive. How many arrive is a question of advertising and your market, not of the site. What I do promise: the page won't lose the people who did arrive — to slow loading, a broken form or a first screen nobody understands. A month after launch we look at the numbers and fix by them.
Are the domain and hosting included?
You buy the domain, in your own name — that matters: a domain registered to a contractor eventually becomes leverage. It costs about $12 a year. Hosting is free on my server for the first month; after that you either stay with me or I move it to you. The code isn't tied to anything, so the move takes an evening.
Is one page enough for search?
For paid traffic, more than enough. For organic search, one page is too few: each query needs its own. So landing pages are usually built for ads, and organic search is picked up later with separate pages — like the one you're reading now.
What if I have neither copy nor photographs?
I write the copy after a half-hour brief — that's included. Photographs are harder: stock images are recognised instantly and cost you credibility. If you have none of your own, I'll suggest layouts that work without photography, or tell you exactly what to shoot on a phone.
Shall we talk?
Half an hour on a call and you'll have an estimate and a plan. Free, and it commits you to nothing.
